"I'm not a natural student of languages," says Matthew Sleeman, who teaches New Testament Greek at Oak Hill.
"I studied Ferench at school and I was really pleased to give it up. I rejoiced in the thought that I'd never have to study a foreign language again! And here I am at Oak Hill College, teaching Greek. I often ask myself, why me, why this? It's a passion to equip people for ministry so they're ready and able to teach the Bible, week in, week out, across the years God gives them."
In this video, Matthew talks about Oak Hill's approach to studying Greek and Hebrew, and outlines why they are so important for ministry in today's world.
